Lesson Booking Terms
Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our ski school. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to ensure you fully understand the lesson details and related regulations. Once you have completed the payment for the reserved lesson, we assume you have thoroughly read and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions listed below.
The person responsible for booking and/or making payments for the booking is also responsible for informing all other members involved about all the terms, conditions, and general information. If any cancellation is needed, the person who made the booking and/or payment will be responsible for all fees associated with the group.
1. Booking
- You will need to make full payment at the time of booking. We strive to ensure that the information and prices published on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct prices and other details if any changes or errors occur.
- Before confirming your booking, you must verify the latest prices and all other details of the course or other services you wish to book.
- All courses are offered based on our availability, and we reserve the right for final confirmation.
- Our services are non-transferable.
2. Change of a booking
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed (including but not limited to changes in lesson location, content, participants, and time).
3. Booking Cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for lessons booked during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Lunar New Year (24/12/15 – 25/02/08).
- If the ski resort is officially closed due to severe weather as announced by Niseko United, we will issue a full refund for the affected lessons. If the resort remains open and lifts are operating, no refund will be given for courses canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or ski resort operations).
- If a client sustains an injury before the course starts, they must provide medical proof. The course can be rescheduled but not refunded in this case.
- For cancellations due to other reasons:
Cancellations made within 14 days before the lesson starts will not be refunded.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the lesson starts will be refunded 50% of the course fee.
Cancellations made 30 days before the course starts will be refunded 70% of the course fee. - Any refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. While we will do our best to ensure the lessons run smoothly, we are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events.
- If the course is changed or canceled due to the client’s personal reasons, the client will be responsible for 5% to 10% bank handling fee.
4. Lessons
- Lesson Duration:
Break time and equipment rental time are counted as part of the lesson time. Full-day lessons include a one-hour lunch break. - Exclusions:
The lesson price does not include ski passes, lift tickets, or ski equipment; Clients must supply their own. - Punctuality:
Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time and be fully dressed with a valid lift ticket before the lesson starts. We are not responsible for any delays due to the lack of a valid lift ticket or other reasons.
5. Children's Courses
- The minimum age for SKI (two skis) courses is 4 years old, and for Snowboard courses (single board), it is 5 years old.
Parents or guardians of any child must provide an emergency contact and contact details before the start of the lesson to avoid situations where the parents or guardians are out of contact in an emergency.
If a child has any health issues or special needs, please inform the ski school in advance during registration so that appropriate arrangements can be made. If a child requires special care or has special needs, parents or guardians may need to provide necessary support or accompaniment during the lesson.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child has a valid lift ticket before the lesson starts. Any missed parts of the lesson due to the lack of a valid lift ticket are non-refundable with no make up time.
Parents or guardians agree that there is a certain level of risk involved in children participating in the lesson and assume the associated risks. We will do our best to ensure safety during the child’s participation but are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
6. Safety
Skiing is a risky sport that may lead to injuries or accidents. Guests must wear appropriate ski gear and safety equipment and comply with safety requirements and instructions.
Before the start of the lesson, guests must purchase suitable, and sufficient insurance to cover risks related to skiing, including but not limited to accidental injury, illness, luggage loss, and cancellations. We and our instructors are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or loss or damage of personal belongings that occur before, during, or after the course.
